Island Spice Seasoning 1 Pound Bulk

This is the 1-pound version of Island Spice. Island Spice is rooted in the West Indies: a mix of Trinidad style Curry blended with traditional Jerk spices.  Island Spice can be used as a dry rub and slow cooked on Pork or a quick sauté of shrimp or Snapper. This robust seasoning pairs well with Island flavors of pineapple, coconut and Caribbean staples like Beans and Rice.  Great for non-meat options like tofu or a big plate of grilled vegetables.
