We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at asm366@outlook.com. Please note that we don't take returns, but we are very glad to replace a spice if you are not satisfied with it, or you ordered the incorrect item. Please email us as soon as possible.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us and let us know what we can do to correct your order. Please call or email as soon as you realize there is something you want to exchange.
Refunds
We prefer to send you a different product to get your order corrected rather than require you to return the product to get a refund. We would like to work with you to resolve your concern. If you didn't like your product, we can't re-sell the item, therefore we would ask you to share it with someone else to see if they might like it.
