We love great wings! All our Buffalo Dust profiles have a classic tangy flavor. This is HOT Buffalo rub with an extra kick of roasted GARLIC which brings out the heat even more. Created for "All Things Buffalo," this finishing seasoning is best when applied after cooking with a small amount of vegetable oil or margarine or butter. We recommend trying it on Vegetables, Seafood. macaroni & cheese, mashed potatoes, pork chops, wedge fries, and oh yeah, Chicken wings!

4 Corners Southwest on Sea Scallops
Pat dry your choice of any firm seafood. Coat seafood with 1-2 Tbsp of 4 Corners Southwest Seasoning, shake in a bag. Sautee in hot skillet with light oil, Turn gently after 1 minute, cook 2 additional minutes to keep them tender. Leave in warm skillet but remove from heat to finish cooking. Serve on bed of rice and beans or your favorite grain.
