We took a sharp right-turn on big bold flavor and blended our GARLIC HOT Buffalo Dust with Panko Breading! The panko we use in our recipe has a finer texture so it blends really well with the dry Buffalo seasoning, and it clings well to whatever you’re coating.  Get a flavor-packed crunch on chicken or fish or pork chops, or vegetables like onion rings, zucchini, squash, eggplant, cauliflower. Try it on cheese cubes or sticks for an appetizer you won’t find in any restaurant!

Tips for best results:  When baking or air-frying, coat the item first with water or egg or mayonnaise or plain yogurt.  Generously sprinkle with Buffalo Dust Panko Breading to coat both sides. Do not cover with a lid or foil (avoid moisture build-up) or turn (avoid breading falling off) while cooking.

When frying, coat the item first with flour. Use either buttermilk or egg slightly beaten to coat before sprinkling with Buffalo Dust Panko Breading.  Press the breading onto the item.

We always recommend using food thermometer for raw proteins to ensure an internal temperature is 165 degrees.
