Cajun Blackened Chicken 

Time: 55 minutes

Serves: 4 people

Spice used: Classic or Kickin' Cajun 

Ingredients:

- 1 pound Chicken breast

- 2 oz of ASM Classic or Kickin' Cajun spice blend

- 2 cups cooked rice

Cooking Instructions:

1. Toss chicken in seasoning.

2. Cook chicken at 350 for 45 minutes.

3. Season rice with lime and cilantro for extra flavor! 

4. Enjoy with family and friends!
