Try this complete soup mix with beans, rice, red and green bell pepper, and all the big bold flavors you love in our Four Corners spice blend.  You can add any cooked protein in the last 15 minutes of cooking: chicken, pork, seafood, etc.  We’ve used steel-cut oats for a non-meat option too.  NOTE: This mix contains chicken base so it’s NOT vegetarian.
